Kalesh - Consciousness Teacher and Writer

The Money Wound runs deeper than your budget spreadsheet.

I've spent years studying the intersection of consciousness and money - not as a financial advisor, but as someone who watched intelligent, capable people repeatedly sabotage their financial lives and couldn't figure out why.

The answer, I've come to believe, is almost never about money itself. It's about what money represents: safety, love, worthiness, freedom, power. The stories we inherited. The moments that taught us what we deserve.

My work draws from financial therapy researchers like Brad Klontz and Bari Tessler, from Krishnamurti's radical inquiry into conditioning, from Tara Brach's work on shame and self-compassion, and from the growing body of somatic trauma research.

I'm not here to tell you to make a budget. You know you should make a budget. I'm here to help you understand why you don't - and what that resistance is actually protecting.

What I believe about money

  • Money is just energy with a story attached to it.
  • Your bank account is a mirror, not a scorecard.
  • The poverty consciousness doesn't care how much you earn.
  • Wealth isn't what you accumulate. It's what you stop fearing.
  • What if your relationship with money is the most honest relationship you have?
